ACO Car Rental at Miami Airport

When you arrive at Miami International Airport (MIA), please make sure to retrieve your luggage from the baggage claim area before proceeding to the Rental Car Center. While not all rental car companies have desks at the airport all require a transfer either before or after registration. To get to ACO’s rental facilities please first find your way to the MIA Mover train to take you to the Rental Car Center. Once you have entered the Center please proceed forward and out through the exit door where the ACO Rent a Car shuttle will be picking you up. You will be at their facilities within a few minutes.

Helpful information when renting an ACO vehicle at Miami Airport

Most rental car companies require that the main driver and the renter is the same person. Those who allow drivers under the age of 25 usually charge an additional daily fee for young drivers to cover the extra cost for insurance.

All drivers need to provide a valid driver’s license, sometimes held for a certain amount of time before the start of the rental period, and usually a valid credit card in the same name as the main driver/renter.

International renters should always provide a valid passport in the same name as the driver’s license and the credit card, and if their driver’s license isn’t in English and printed in the Roman alphabet they are often required to provide an official translation of their license.

Returning your rented ACO vehicle at Miami Airport

Please consult with ACO for instructions on how and where to return your rented vehicle. Remember to collect your belongings from the car before returning it.
